Lead the future of Business Education
As Senior Discipline Lead for our new Bachelor of Applied Business Management, you’ll drive the implementation of an applied degree designed to blend academic excellence with work-integrated learning.
This is your opportunity to:
* Share your expertise to shape innovative, industry-relevant curriculum that prepares graduates for tomorrow’s workplace challenges.
* Shape a future-focused curriculum that integrates theory with real-world experience
* Support learners to develop interpersonal/mindset skillslike leadership, communication, and adaptability
* Inspire educators to bring the curriculum to life in classrooms and online
* Collaborate with industry partners to deliver authentic, meaningful learning
* Contribute to and lead discipline-relevant research that advances applied knowledge
What we’re looking for
You’ll bring a balance of academic insight, industry credibility, and learner-centred thinking. We’re seeking someone who:
* Holds a Master’s degree in a relevant field (PhD preferred)
* Has experience leading higher education or industry teams
* Has developed or delivered vocational, applied, or work-integrated learning
* Is active in discipline-relevant research and committed to growing research capability
* Understands how to bring learning to life through hybrid, blended, and innovative delivery
* Is collaborative, courageous, and confident facilitating learner-led, experiential education
