Team Coordinator - Vice President Investor Relations & Corporate Strategy
Location: UK (either Uxbridge or London based)
Working for the Vice President Investor Relations & Corporate Strategy (and Chair of GB pension scheme) to provide team coordination alongside administrative support.
What To Expect
Involvement in activities such as:
1. Investor Relations event and corporate access support, including coordinating with external banks to support investor roadshows and conferences, managing investor targeting, and supporting event management (plant visits, market visits, analyst briefings).
2. Supporting Investor Relations website updates and ensuring all corporate access is reflected in the contact management system.
3. Assisting with presentation formatting, including creative editing and typing.
4. Supporting corporate strategy activities, such as event support for the annual strategy board.
5. Team support tasks including scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, onboarding new colleagues, and process improvement.
6. Pensions support, liaising with advisers, organizing quarterly board meetings, and tracking minutes.
7. Diary management: coordinating VP's calendar, arranging meetings, and travel bookings.
8. Managing invoices, expenses, and subscriptions, liaising with vendors, and monitoring team spend vs budget.
9. Supporting other initiatives like Finance All Hands meetings and additional team matters.
What We're Looking For
* Executive or personal assistant and project management experience.
* Experience in an office or corporate administrative environment.
* Pragmatic approach, can-do attitude, attention to detail.
* Experience in a large, fast-paced company.
* Technologically competent; quick learner of new tools and systems.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with clarity and accuracy.
* Fluent in English (written and verbal).
