Business Manager (30hrs/wk)

The role:
1. Effectively business plan the team resource to deliver excellent customer service and meet business needs.
2. Focus on maximizing opportunities through brand events, new launches, and promotions.
3. Maintain accurate stock and sales levels, with awareness of performance relative to competitors and the department.
4. Establish professional relationships with team members to support their development.
5. Lead by example, providing outstanding customer service at all times.
You:
1. Have 2+ years in a management role, ideally in beauty or retail.
2. Possess significant experience in a beauty retail or spa environment.
3. Have exceptional customer service skills.
4. Can coach and motivate a team effectively.
5. Are a confident and articulate communicator.
6. Are customer-focused and results-oriented.
7. Are passionate about skincare and beauty.
8. Are eager for new challenges.
