We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Advisor to join our team in Bexhill. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident sales professional with a strong track record to play a key role in driving sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience within a fast-paced new homes environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a premium customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion
* Proactively generate and manage sales leads to maximise conversion rates
* Conduct high-quality viewings and present show homes to an exceptional standard
* Provide expert guidance on the home buying process, including financial options and incentives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and external stakeholders
* Accurately manage customer data and sales progression using internal systems
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in new homes sales or a strong background in high-performance sales roles
* A results-driven mindset with a consistent track record of hitting targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
