Responsibilities
* You will be integral in implementing a relevant and data driven Search & Visual Merchandising strategy, adopting best in class strategies and developing forward thinking features. You will be at the heart of delivering a personalised consumer experience across every brand and touchpoint to make the experience feel as personable as possible.
* You will be a vital part in moving our digital offering forward and we need you to help be a primary driver of innovation, customer first and evidence-based working to help drive towards the group digital KPI’s.
* Developing, implementing, and overseeing data driven, customer-centric visual merchandising strategies. Managing onsite search, ensuring optimal configuration across fascias and enhancing the search experience.
* Enhancing personalisation on site and app via search and merch tools.
* Developing forward thinking features that will help us drive the performance of each fascia forward, in line with the Frasers Group aspiration.
* Contribute new ideas into our Digital roadmap and manage these from concept through to delivery.
* Promote a culture of experimentation, ensuring we are constantly iterating and evolving strategies with proven uplifts.
* Analyse and interpret A/B test results, compiling detailed views of outcomes, learnings and next steps.
* Create and continually develop playbooks of best practices to ensure consistent and scalable optimisation practices.
* Use data insights to identify customer pain points in the journey. Present recommendations on how we can optimise in these areas.
* Work cross-functionally to optimise experience during trade events and other initiatives.
* Help build, develop and manage weekly reporting on key insights and actions.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in digital optimisation, digital trade, analytics or related roles.
* Commercial & analytical mindset. Passionate about customer behaviour, optimising online experiences and an interest in wider digital practices.
* Strong data driven mindset with a sound commercial understanding.
* Experience with Search & Merch tools such as Algolia or Attraqt.
* Understanding of personalised algorithms and the effect on the customer journey.
* Knowledge of GA and other analytical tools such as ContentSquare.
* Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies.
