Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Metal Worker / Fabricator to join their dedicated workshop team. Role Overview
* Fabrication and assembly of bespoke metal signage and architectural components
* Working with aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel materials
* Reading and interpreting detailed technical drawings
* High-standard TIG and MIG welding
* Safe and efficient use of workshop machinery, hand tools, and equipment
* Completing work to quality standards within agreed deadlines
* Carrying out ISO and Quality Control data capture as required
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator / Welder
* Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and workshop techniques
* Confident working from technical drawings with accuracy
* Skilled in TIG and MIG welding
* Experience with sheet metal forming, including bending and press brake operation
* Effective problem-solving abilities
* Able to work independently or collaboratively within a workshop team
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
* Good understanding of health & safety standards
Desirable:
* Experience within the signage or architectural metalwork industry
* Additional skills in polishing, finishing, and assembly
Hours, Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (experience dependent)
* Hours: 8-hour shifts, with overtime available
