School Administrator – Rochester, Kent Are you an organised and proactive administrator with experience working in schools? We’re supporting a lovely school in Rochester who are looking for an experienced School Administrator to join their office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy school environment, supporting staff, students and parents to ensure everything runs smoothly. Role: School Administrator Location: Rochester, Kent Start Date: January Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Pay: £13–£15 per hour (depending on experience) Key Responsibilities: * Managing daily administrative tasks within the school office * Handling attendance, admissions, and pupil data * Communicating with parents, staff and external agencies * Supporting with general office duties such as filing, emails and phone calls * Using school systems to update and maintain accurate records Requirements: * Experience using school management systems such as Arbor, Bromcom or SIMS is essential * Previous experience working in a school office or similar educational setting * Strong communication and organisational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * A valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one) If you’re a confident administrator with school experience and strong system skills, we’d love to hear from you.
