Account Executive (Hybrid - but predominantly home based)

Our client are a leading Global FinTech SaaS vendor with a reputation for industry leading solutions. You will be joining as they continue to scale their EMEA operation following significant recent investment. You will be joining a business of over 1000 people globally, where people have excellent longevity and an working culture. However still very much in scale up phase this is the chance to make a real name for yourself by helping them take over a greenfield UK market.
Their FinTech solutions are mainly aimed at companies within financial services such a banks, asset finance providers, automotive lenders and equipment finance providers and is sold at a Mid Market to Enterprise level with higher AOV’s. Their customers rely on them to help protect and scale their financial organisations by streamlining process through technology.
They are looking for a driven new business professional to help grow their UK Mid-Market - Enterprise clients base by securing net-new logos and building strong relationships. This is a chance to make a real impact from the ground up, in a fast-paced, purpose-driven team as they look to scale throughout EMEA. If you are a new business focused Mid-Market - Enterprise sales professional with a background in FinTech, Financial Software, Lending Solutions, Accounting Solutions or software sold into the Corporate Finance Office, this is the role for you!
About the role
* Own the entire new business sales process within your territory, from prospecting to close
* Build a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and targeted campaigns
* Deliver impactful demos and presentations to senior decision-makers with the support of PreSales and Solutions Consultants
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional presentations & demo’s
* Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging and drive vertical success.
* Consistently achieve and exceed new business revenue targets and KPIs
* Attend client meetings, tradeshows, and key conferences to network, build new contacts and drive growth
* Provides client feedback and insights to Product to shape our solutions
* Maintains accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline in Salesforce
What we are looking for
* Min 5 years of SaaS business development experience and success
* Proven success in complex, consultative sales environmentsli>
* Experience of new business from lead generation through to close
* Track record in achieving and exceeding new business targets
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives
* Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, curious, and driven to build a market from the ground
* A hunter mindset – you enjoy creating your own opportunities
* Passion for learning, including the latest industry trends, diving deep into how our products work, you’re always looking to grow your knowledge and skills
* Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology a plus
* Experience selling into Asset Finance or Financial Services is advantageous
