is looking for a permanent
Relationship Manager
to join their Events team. In this role you will be identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue to support charitable activities. This is a role where you will be building long-term partnerships with local companies, holding meaningful conversations with senior stakeholders and thriving as part of a small close-knit team.
What you'll be doing:
* Identify and secure new sponsorship opportunities, holding meaningful conversations with senior stakeholders to promote the charity and secure partnerships
* Manage and grow existing relationships to maximise long-term value
* Collaborate with internal teams to shape compelling proposals and offerings
* Track performance, report on KPIs, and adapt strategies based on insight
Who we're looking for:
* Results-focused, with a confident, engaging personality and previous sales or business development experience
* Experienced Events and B2B and B2C sales professional
* Confident in building relationships and negotiating with a range of stakeholders
* Strategic, commercially minded, and able to spot growth opportunities
* Passionate about social impact and motivated by working for a purpose-led organisation
