About you Experience in a previous Sales and events role in a Hospitality Venue (2 -3 years min) Experience working in a busy venue. Ability to drive and support the sales culture to exceed targets. Experience in managing a reactive sales team, excellent planning, and organisational skills to lead your team in delivering events.
