Job summary
The person appointed will be competent in carrying out of all types of manual tasks and the use of hand tools in general construction and maintenance activities. The person appointed should be capable of working on own initiative and diagnosing and repairing faults as directed. The person shall perform various manual labour tasks requiring some specialised skills such as painting, excavator driving or light joinery work. The tasks require a certain amount of acquired skill, often dealing with specialised equipment.

1. This is a permanent, full-time post, working 36 hours per week.
2. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm and Friday 8.00 am to 2.00 pm
