Registered Manager (Nottingham) – TLC, part of the ivolve Group
Location: Nottingham, NG10 3GT
Shifts: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, flexible start/finish times)
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the role
* Lead and manage the residential and supported living service in Long Eaton, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred care.
* Oversee day‑to‑day operations, staffing, budgets and resources.
* Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies.
* Build positive relationships with families, professionals and external stakeholders.
* Promote continuous improvement and a culture of high standards of care.
* Support staff development and foster a person‑centred approach to enable residents to achieve personal goals.
Qualifications and experience
* Proven leadership/management experience in social care.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or willingness to obtain it.
* Solid knowledge of CQC regulations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and budget‑management skills.
* Full UK driving licence (desirable).
