We’re hiring a talented Account Manager, responsible for a portfolio of existing commercial clients in the renewable energy space. This is a key role, where you will drive business growth initiatives and lead relationships with our key customers in the UK. You’ll build strategic and tactical relationships, drive account plans & ensure client retention while also capitalising on any selling opportunities. Armed with strong stakeholder management skills, you’ll need to have a ‘customer first’ mindset and a focus on customer satisfaction. What you’ll be responsible for:
* Build and nurture relationships with existing clients
* Monthly/Quarterly reporting
* Monthly/Quarterly client meetings / service reviews
* Contract management lifecycle including SLA management and contract renewal negotiations.
* Client retention of portfolio
* Account growth – actively seek opportunities within your accounts to grow the account and Blinks overall network. Identify and target revenue opportunities.
* Maintain accurate client records on internal systems e.g. Salesforce
* Ensure a high level of service is delivered to your portfolio of clients.
* Liaising with other areas of the business to agree and streamline processes
