We are working with a well-established manufacturing business in Fife that has secured approval for a significant multi-million-pound investment and factory extension. This expansion will support the introduction of a new product line, with construction work due to begin in the coming months. As a result of this investment, and the planned retirement of an existing team member, the business is now looking to recruit an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with a strong mechanical engineering and assembly background. The Role This is a hands-on manufacturing engineering position, working closely with production rather than from a distance. The focus is on improving how products are built on the shop floor and ensuring manufacturing processes are efficient, repeatable, and achievable.
