The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and effectively communicating the value of our products and services. Duties * Identifying and pursuing leads through market research across numerous platforms. * Making a high volume of outbound calls per day to identify the decision makers within organizations and obtain contact information. * Follow a structured and proven sales process to guide leads through the funnel from identification through to booking initial meetings. * Making outbound calls to decision makers and book meetings for our Business Development Manager. * Take information from campaigns to update the CRM, identify new decision makers. * Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets to bring success. Qualifications * Enthusiastic, positive, trustworthy, reliable person with a "can-do" attitude. * Brilliant organizational skills. * Self-motivation and a drive to hit targets. * CRM knowledge and proficiency is key. * Organized, accountable, dedicated and can manage time. * Ability and desire to make high level of outbound calls.
