What We’re Looking For
Essential Criteria:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Desirable Criteria:
* NVQ Level 2 in a kitchen/food-related discipline (or working towards it)
* Experience in cooking ramen or Japanese cuisine
