What you’ll do Be the trusted go-to Lifestyle Manager for our Arabic-speaking members, handling requests by phone and email in Arabic and English. Arrange tailor-made travel, restaurant and club reservations, tickets to world-class events, and access to exclusive experiences worldwide. Craft inspiring travel itineraries, secure visas, and manage every detail from start to finish. Build long-term relationships by anticipating members’ needs and inspiring them with curated recommendations and insider opportunities. What you will bring Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) in a professional capacity. Experience in luxury travel, lifestyle management, or high-end hospitality. A passion for premium experiences – from fine dining and culture to fashion and travel. Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. Flexibility; ability to work rotational shifts Monday - Sunday, between the hours of 08:00 - 20:00 GMT Work setup : Hybrid or remote (subject to location and internet requirements). Please note that if you live within commuting distance of the office, you will have the opportunity to work a hybrid model – at least 3x per week in the office. A secure home office setup at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions, is required. If you wish to work remotely or in a hybrid model, you must meet our minimum internet speed requirements. Alternatively, our excellent office is available for you to work from.
