A leading organisation within the environmental services sector is seeking a Management Accountant to join its growing finance team in Paisley. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced business that is experiencing significant growth and investment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full management accounting processes for multiple entities, including P&L and balance sheet
* Monthly internal reporting and analysis
* Maintain and manage the fixed asset register
* Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
* Collaborate with business partners to support budgeting and forecasting
* Liaise with auditors and assist with year-end processes
* Drive improvements through system and process enhancement projects
* Manage IFRS 16 lease accounting
* Perform ad-hoc financial tasks as required
Candidate Specification:
* Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent)
* Strong technical accounting skills with attention to detail
* Proactive and solutions-focused approach
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel
