Wage £14,918.80 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age
National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices
Pay would be reviewed in line with regular 6 monthly supervisions/progress meetings to review the level of work being carried out in accordance with role and responsibility. Plus 5.6 weeks annual leave entitlement.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
1. General administration duties
2. Assisting with administration requests and liaising with relevant departments where needed
3. To assist in all administrative aspects of recruitment as and when required by the registered manager
4. To assist with and coordinate and manage all Unit administration tasks to meet deadlines and changing day to day priorities as necessary
5. To complete as required clerical work associated with Unit/Home activities including any projects
6. Partake in distinguishing archiving records and future digital projects
