Our client in the Dungiven area is currently seeking Factory Operatives to join their team. This is a full-time, temporary ongoing position, with the potential to become permanent based on performance. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 7:00am – 4:00pm and Friday 7:00am – 2:00pm. The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour. Duties include: Assembling, finishing, and preparing timber, aluminium, PVCu, and aluminium-clad products in line with specifications Inspecting products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met Setting up and operating production machinery and reporting any issues promptly Packing and labelling finished products ready for delivery Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area Following all health and safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE Working closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets What We Need From You Ability to work full-time hours Previous factory or production experience desirable Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Willingness to follow health and safety procedures What We Will Offer You hourly rate of £12.71 per hour Full-time hours with early finish on Fridays Temporary ongoing role with the potential for permanency
