Responsibilities
1. Represent a diverse range of private and public sector clients and advise them on all aspects of employment law
2. Represent clients in employment tribunal litigation
3. Mentor and develop the employment team fostering their professional growth and development
4. Maintain strong client relationships and deliver personalised service
Requirements
5. Strong track record within employment law
6. Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to support and mentor junior colleagues
7. Excellent technical, drafting and client management skills
8. Flexible approach to work to ensure client deadlines are met and clients are communicated with on a consistent and regular basis.
