Our client, a leading Scottish law firm, is seeking a talented Solicitor with 2-6 years PQE to join its Employment Law team in Edinburgh.
The team provides advice to both employers and employees on a wide range of employment law issues, including:
1. Unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
2. TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings)
3. Whistle-blowing
4. Employment tribunal advocacy
Clients span a variety of sectors, including health-care and the public sector, offering exposure to challenging, high-quality work.
What we're looking for:
5. A qualified solicitor (Scotland) with 2-6 years PQE in employment law
6. Strong technical knowledge with a commercially focused approach
7. Excellent communication and client-handling skills
8. The ability to manage your own caseload while working collaboratively within a team
