Bracken Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a well-known Main Contractor in the UK who are seeking an experienced Project Director for pipeline projects in the North West region. The Project Director will lead, manage and successfully deliver £50/£60m Pipeline projects for schemes in the North West region. My client is looking for an experience Project Director with a strong understanding and track record of delivering schemes of this scale.
This role would suit an individual with plenty of ambition to deliver projects on time and within budget. The successful candidate will given opportunities to progress their career further on completion of projects and will be given opportunities for more Senior roles within the business. \n\nKey Accountabilities will include:\n\nLead the project team and manage the supply chain to deliver projects to time, meeting cost and quality targets and standards \n\t\nEnsure safety targets and standards are maintained by knowing what safety excellence looks like and communicating safety with passion and credibility in order to inspire, motivate and lead the project team \n\t\nFoster a continuous improvement culture by actively seeking input from all members of the project team and encouraging them to implement safety improvements \n\t\nProactively manage the customer relationship during delivery, including change and decision making to effectively manage expectations, and maintain long-term relationships \n\t\nLead, manage and deliver operational excellence and efficiency through appropriate use of leadership indicator health check reviews through the Bid, Pre-construction and Construction phases of the project \n\nYou will have strong leadership skills and the ability to lead, influence and communicate with others to deliver targets. \n\nTo be successful in the role you will have significant previous experience in project management, in particular managing complex pipeline jobs. \n\nWhat's on offer:\n\nExcellent Salary & Package\n\t\nGenuine career progression\n\t\nGreat working environment\n\nPlease contact Steve Lee at Bracken Recruitment for more details regarding this opportunity.
