Requirements
* Degree level or equivalent qualification in agriculture or land-based subjects (preferred)
* Agricultural or sustainability industry background
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Enthusiasm for sustainability and agricultural innovation
* Problem-solving aptitude and proactive approach

* Previous customer-facing role experience in customer success or support
