Location: Royal Bank of Canada, London
Shift pattern: Sunday - Thursday; 10 pm - 08 am, 45 hours per week
Pay rate: £17.03 per hour
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Supervise and work with a full‑time night cleaning team.
* Be proactive, problem‑solving, with good attention to detail and reliability.
* Various cleaning duties.
* Machine operation.
* Supervise a team of cleaners.
* Manage the allocation of holidays.
* Monitor and control periodic tasks to ensure completion to a high standard.
* Complete paperwork/audits and manage your and the team’s T&A system.
* Communicate with line manager.
* Check periodical or specialist works once completed.
* Train staff.
* Conduct team briefings.
* Be accountable for your team.
* Work within health & safety.
* Complete staff wages.
* Liaise with line manager regarding after‑event clean‑ups.

* Able to work in a fast‑paced team and remain calm under pressure.
* Outstanding internal and external communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise workload and build relationships.
* Excellent attention to detail.

* Clear BS 7858 vetting, including a 5‑year work history before onboarding with ABM.
