Key Responsibilities
* Deliver programmes focused on Health and Social Care, contributing to college aims and student success.

* Participate in training and meetings as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Academic background in Health and Social Care.
* Recognised teaching qualification (Level 5 or above), or willingness to work towards it.
* Ability to teach Level 3 BTEC and/or T Level courses is advantageous.
Teaching Qualifications & Salary Banding
To qualify for the Qualified Lecturer salary band (£30,583 - £46,263), hold one of the following qualifications:
* DTTLS
* Certificate in Education
* PGCE
* DET
* DiT (for vocational subjects)
If not, you fall into the Unqualified Lecturer band (£25,611 - £28,817).
Note: Qualifications like PTLLS, CTLLS, or CELTA are not accepted as standalone qualifications.
