As a
Night Maintenance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the
high standards of our facilities, ensuring that everything is in perfect
working order for our guests. You will be a key player in our team, responsible
for diagnosing and repairing faults, performing routine maintenance, and
ensuring the smooth operation of our plant equipment.
Responsibilities:
* Identify
and diagnose faults, carrying out repairs, adjustments, and maintenance work as
needed.
* Perform
required routine servicing, repairs, or adjustments to ensure optimal
functioning of equipment.
* Monitor
the plant operations and accurately record data using provided documentation.
* Ensure
all working areas are kept clean and tidy, and all refuse and waste materials
are removed appropriately.
* Operate a
cherry picker and other equipment as required.
What you Need:
* Strong
operational knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
* Excellent
communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all
departments and Head Office.
* Ability
to operate maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
* Collaborative
