* CNC Machine Shop Manager
* Overseeing and occasionally running and setting CNC machines
* Leading and supervising a team of engineers on shift
* Working a triple shift pattern, Monday to Friday
The Person
* CNC Machine Shop Manager / Workshop Supervisor / Senior CNC Machinist
* Proven supervisory or management experience
* Able to set, run, and programme CNC machines
* Experience working in a production, manufacturing, or workshop environment
