Avanti Fields School is an all-through, faith-designated (Hindu) state school which welcomed the first intake of Year 7 students in September 2018, and first intake of Nursery and Reception students in September 2022. The school is rapidly expanding and will grow year by year to a full cohort of 1,320. This is an exciting time to join the school as it continues its journey to outstanding.

What will you do?
* Deliver high-quality, inclusive art lessons that inspire creativity and ensure strong progress for pupils of all backgrounds and abilities.
* Plan, assess and differentiate effectively to meet the learning needs of all students, using data to inform teaching and drive achievement.
* Maintain a safe, respectful and engaging classroom environment, promoting high standards of behaviour, literacy and pupil responsibility.
* Collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development, and communicate effectively with parents and external bodies.
* Uphold professional responsibilities including safeguarding, curriculum development, and participation in training and performance review processes.
