P&L Recruitment are working exclusively with a rapidly expanding organisation based in Glasgow to recruit a full-time permanent Accounts Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a highly successful team with an award winning client. This is an office based role within a collaborative team culture. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will work across multiple entities, and liaise with internal teams, clients, and external Accountants. Key Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day accounts for two companies Sales ledger duties Raising and processing invoices, credit notes, and applications for payment Credit control and debt chasing Bank reconciliations Processing customer payments and remittances Assisting with month-end procedures and reconciliations Maintaining accurate financial records Main requirements: Previous sales ledger experience is essential Xero experience would be preferred Highly organised and proactive Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be able to work independently The salary is 30K-32K DOE.
