A leading professional services firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join its growing and collaborative tax team. Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients, acting as a key point of contact for tax matters
* Deliver high-quality corporate tax compliance services, ensuring deadlines and technical standards are met
* Support on a wide range of advisory projects, including restructures, international tax matters, group reorganisations, and transaction support
* Build strong relationships with clients and provide commercially focused tax advice
* Work collaboratively with Partners, Directors, and wider teams across the business
* Review tax computations and returns prepared by junior team members
* Identify opportunities to add value to clients and support business development initiatives
* Assist with managing, mentoring, and developing junior members of the team
* Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and provide practical guidance to clients and colleagues
Requirements
* ACA and/or CTA qualified (or overseas equivalent)
* Strong experience in UK corporate tax gained within practice or professional services
* Good technical knowledge across corporate tax compliance and advisory matters
* Experience managing client relationships and handling multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Previous experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members
