Salary: £ £16.92 per hr, depending on experience (£25k - £33k pa pro-rata).

Hours per week: Part time + flexible, 1 to 2 days within Monday - Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm.

Co-Save is a professional services and procurement consultancy, successfully trading from Horsham for more than 20 years, with interesting work in business overheads ranging from energy reduction consultancy, energy buying auctions, insurance, legal and financial matters. Customers nationwide. Horsham based.
The role is to manage back office administrative and compliance functions of the business including invoicing, credit control, IT / database, telecoms, compliance, and liaising with the accountants and internal departments. Varied and interesting work. The vacancy has come about due to retirement of the longstanding incumbent.
Duties include:-
*Calculating and sending invoices.
*Credit control.
*Maintaining the internal accounts systems.
*IT & database, liaising with external partners.
*Compliance including GDPR / Privacy / ICO, fire prevention and health & safety.
*General office management.
*1-2 days a week, part-time, flexible, based at Horsham.
The office is light & spacious, on the first floor, with views over Horsham / countryside, with a small team environment. With other similarly professional businesses as neighbours, in a friendly environment.
Attributes required:-
*Experience of or interest in the sheer variety of topics including accounts, IT, database, and legal compliance.
*Meticulous eye for detail.
*Methodical approach.
*Reliable.
*MS Office including Excel and Word, as well as emails using Outlook and online portals.
*'A' levels or degree, or business experience for example in the areas mentioned above.
*Ability to take top level and day to day decisions with the Managing Director.
*Pleasant telephone manner.
*A background in any of accounts, bookkeeping, databases, IT, legal, compliance, or PA / Secretarial work, would certainly be helpful but not necessarily required.
