As a manager(senior manager) in the AI Product Innovation team, you will define and execute the vision and strategy for new AI products and services, driving value creation for organizations and users.
Responsibilities
* Identify opportunities for emerging technologies to create business value and solve real problems.
* Lead innovation sessions to accelerate idea generation through strategic discovery and horizon scanning, using design thinking to generate potential solutions.
* Test ideas through rapid experimentation and proof‑of‑value generation, being unafraid to fail fast.
* Turn ideas into product definitions that solve the root cause of pain points, continuously iterating with real users to ensure user‑focused design.
* Re‑imagine operations and/or introduce new capabilities by integrating AI products into existing processes.
* Set up, run and scale AI innovation capabilities by building the right culture and operating model with a focus on sustainability.
* Lead teams to design and execute pilots to test and validate AI solutions, and operationalise these solutions.
Qualifications
* A strong understanding of AI products and their applications across domains.
* Experience leading, shaping, and delivering complex AI projects across multiple workstreams.
* Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proven use of design thinking principles and user‑centred design.
* Experience with agile methodologies and tools for AI product lifecycle management.
* Ability to define and communicate a clear and compelling vision and strategy for an AI product portfolio.
* Experience scoping and developing proposals for new AI opportunities.
* Commercial project management experience, including costing and resourcing.
* Experience managing and upskilling others, championing personal and capability development.
* Growth mindset and passion for continuous learning and experimentation with new technologies.
