* Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per year (Depending on Experience).
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM – No Weekends.

Your Role As a core Vehicle Technician in our Cardiff team, you will:
* Mechanical & Electrical Repair: Tackle all aspects of high-spec luxury vehicle repairs, advanced mechanical servicing, and chassis maintenance.
* Diagnostics: Use cutting-edge manufacturer diagnostic tools to efficiently track down, investigate, and rectify complex faults.
* Efficiency: Work comfortably within set processes and given timescales to maintain a smooth workshop flow.
* Technical Quality: Maintain exceptional, safety-first repair standards to deliver an elite customer experience.
* Teamwork: Operate collaboratively within a fast-paced, highly motivated, and organised workshop team.
What You Need
* Qualifications: An industry-recognised NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) is a minimum requirement for this role.
* Experience: Previous experience working within a franchised dealership environment is required.
* Key Strengths: Technical expertise, strong organizational skills, a dedicated work ethic, and a positive team-player attitude.
* Licensing: A full, valid UK driving licence.
