SEN Teacher – Primary and/or Secondary | KS2–KS3 | £160–£250 per day | September Start | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

The Role
We’re seeking reflective and committed SEN Teachers to lead small KS2 or KS3 classes from September. Whether you're an experienced SEN practitioner or a mainstream teacher looking to transition into specialist education, this role offers the chance to work in a setting where every child’s needs are truly understood and supported.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
* Set high expectations to inspire and support learners
* Monitor and report on pupil progress
* Adapt teaching to meet diverse needs and strengths
* Promote wellbeing and safeguard all pupils
* Build strong relationships with families and carers
* Collaborate with therapists, support staff, and leadership
* Engage in CPD and contribute to school improvement
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified teacher meeting Teachers’ Standards
* KS2 or KS3 teaching experience (mainstream or SEN)
* Enthusiasm for SEN and a growth mindset
* Strong classroom management and a nurturing approach
* Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities over time
