As part of our team, Sales Advisors are ambassadors for Seasalt, embodying our values by putting customers at the heart of everything we do. This role is a part-time 8-hour permanent position in our Derby shop.
Responsibilities
* Delivering an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services
* Recommending additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data
* Actively driving sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and assisting with processing online orders
* Providing first point resolution for customer issues or feedback and actively seeking solutions for the benefit of the customer
* Supporting the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and KPI achievement
* Assisting with store visual merchandising, window standards and guidelines and utilising product information to maximise commercial opportunities
* Maintaining a flexible approach to work and participating in operational tasks such as stock management, loss prevention, health and safety and store safety standards
Qualifications and Skills
Your high standards of customer service are essential and valued in this role. You should enjoy working in a team, communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, and be able to adapt, show resilience and work independently when needed.
