What the Job Involves This front-facing, office-based role is crucial for managing the reception area and providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will greet visitors, maintain a clean and safe environment, and establish positive relationships with site users and visitors. The role includes managing enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, offering guidance on childcare, health, benefits, and other family-related issues. You will be responsible for seeking feedback from centre users and maintaining the centre calendar. This full-time position covers maternity leave until 1st September 2026, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 4.15pm, and Friday from 8.30am to 4pm.
