Principal Scientist/ Technical Lead – NW/ North Wales– DiagnosticsAbout the Company: We are looking for a highly experienced immunoassay scientist with the ability to work autonomously in a lead position at a company in the Northwest/ North Wales area. This is a site-based role.Responsibilities:Act as immunoassay, cell culture and antibody subject matter expert.Lead the optimisation of manufacturing processes.Act as innovation and new technology champion.Lead root cause investigations and CAPA.Support audits.Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP and other requirements.Drive continuous improvement.Work closely with cross functional teams.Mentor, train and develop staff.Requirements:Degree in Biochemistry or related.Expert on immunoassays.Significant experience in diagnostics, biotechnology or biopharmaceutical manufacturing technical support.Experience working in a lead role within cross functional team.Excellent communication skills.Experience with SAP and LIMS.Experience in continuous improvement.
