Daily Duties
* Lead the design and delivery of retail architecture projects from concept through to completion
* Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
* Act as project lead on large food-shopping retail schemes, ensuring client expectations and quality standards are met
* Prepare and review architecturally detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
* Attend client meetings, design reviews and site visits to drive project outcomes
* Mentor and guide junior architects and designers within the team
* Ensure compliance with RIBA stages, building regulations and industry best practice
Ideal Candidate
* RIBA Part III qualified with significant UK experience in retail architecture and commercial projects
* Proven capability in leading large-scale design projects, particularly within food shopping or retail sectors
* Strong technical and design skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage clients and lead project teams
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
* Proficient in architectural software including Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools
* A proactive team player with a collaborative approach to design and delivery
