My client, a privately owned developer who is growing extensively in 2025 is looking to appoint a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager for a scheme based in Huntington, Cambridgeshire. This would be an ideal role for a PM looking to move away from a PLC or has experience of running multiple new build HA/High spec schemes all simultaneously Duties, No1, reporting to a visiting CM SM, running/overseeing sites reporting to the owners.
