In this role you will be responsible for providing specialist advice to the people managers across this fantastic business.

Some key responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with managers to attract, hire and retain great people.
* Maintaining the people related policies.
* Supporting wellbeing, belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusion and associated initiatives.
* Providing ER advice such as absence and/or performance improvement.
* Checking the monthly payroll submission.
As an individual you will have the following skills and experience:
* HR and Employment legislation exposure.
* Have a driving license and access to a vehicle.
* Recruitment experience.
* Be comfortable working in a busy corporate environment.
* Confident user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
