We are looking for a caring and reliableCharge Community Nurseto join ourCommunity Night Nursing Service.
In this advanced clinical role, youll provideexpert oversight, leadership, and mentorshipto our clinical team while delivering compassionate, patient-centred care directly in the community. You will play a key role in ensuring service safety, mitigating risks, and upholding clinical quality in line with PHLs governance framework.

You will also use a company vehicle to travel between visits, ensuring safe and efficient transport across Hampshire
Key Responsibilities
* Provide effective leadership, management, and support to the Night Nursing Service team.
* Deliver high-quality, safe, and compassionate nursing care in patients homes.
* Oversee clinical governance, including audits, risk management, incident reporting, and compliance.
* Mentor, supervise, and inspire clinicians to reach professional excellence.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams, GPs, secondary care, and wider healthcare partners.
* Promote patient safety, health education, and person-centred care.
What Were Looking For
Essential:
* Registered withNMC / HCPC.
* Minimum5 years post-qualified experiencein healthcare.
* At least2 years in a supervisory/management role.
* Competence in community-based care, including palliative care, catheter care, wound care, and telephone triage.
* Strong leadership, decision-making, and governance experience.
* Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
* Leadership training (Edward Jenner, Mary Seacole or Rosalind Franklin programmes) or willingness to undertake.
* Experience in clinical audits, complaints investigations, and quality improvement.
