Job Advert Senior Leisure Attendants - 2 Posts available PS0708, PS0712 Location : Grangemouth Sports Complex & Mariner Leisure Centre Hours: Permanent, 37 hours per week, including weekends & evenings. About the Role Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team? Do you excel in a hands-on, fast-paced environment? As our Senior Leisure Attendant, you will be at the core of our operations, supervising and guiding the team to ensure every customer receives a VIP experience. You will take responsibility for coordinating duties, and overseeing the smooth running of our venues, whilst always ensuring seamless service delivery. Your leadership will be key in fostering a high-performing team focused on providing outstanding service. Key Responsibilities Provide operational supervision across venues to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for customers. Allocate resources effectively and coordinate team duties to meet service standards. Inspire and lead a team, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety regulations. Monitor the day-to-day operation, ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service. About You The ideal candidate will have: A proven track record of leading and motivating teams. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate operations efficiently. Pool Lifeguard Qualification (essential). Pool Plant Operator - qualification obtained within 6 months for successful candidate. Full driving license. Additional Requirements If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
