We are looking for a confident, strategic, and hands‑on Influencer Paid Social Manager to lead paid social campaigns, contribute to client strategies, and help build Purple Goat’s paid media offering. You will manage campaign delivery while proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance, pitching ideas to clients, and collaborating across teams.
This role requires someone who is analytical, creative, and self‑motivated, with the confidence to take ownership of campaigns and contribute to strategic decisions that shape the future of our paid social efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution
* Set up, manage and optimise paid social campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) aligned to varying client objectives.
* Lead on influencer‑led paid campaigns, ensuring effective amplification of creator content.
* Proactively test new formats, creative approaches and audience strategies to drive innovation and continual performance improvement.
* Monitor budgets and performance to maximise ROI and ensure campaigns consistently meet or exceed KPIs.
* Ensure accurate conversion tracking and troubleshoot pixel or platform issues to maintain campaign effectiveness.
* Support creators with access and platform troubleshooting, ensuring correct permissions and processes are followed for paid amplification.
Strategy, Innovation & Growth
* Contribute to the ongoing development of Purple Goat’s paid social offering across both influencer‑led paid campaigns and Purple Goat’s owned social channels, helping to shape processes, best practices, and innovative approaches.
* Identify opportunities to elevate campaigns creatively and strategically, bringing fresh ideas that differentiate our paid work in the market.
* Support the wider agency in building a best‑in‑class paid function aligned with Goat/WPP campaign delivery.
Client Facing & New Business
* Confidently join client meetings and pitches, presenting Purple Goat’s paid capabilities, strategies and performance results.
* Translate paid media insights into clear, compelling narratives for clients and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with strategy and account teams to develop tailored paid approaches for new business opportunities.
* Create high‑quality campaign deliverables including media plans, testing roadmaps, performance reports and strategic recommendations.
* Work closely with campaign delivery, influencer and account teams to ensure seamless integration between organic influencer content and paid activation.
* Take ownership of campaign reporting, providing actionable insights and recommendations that drive client satisfaction and growth.
Inclusive Marketing Focus
* Develop and implement paid social strategies that resonate with disabled and diverse audiences.
* Ensure campaigns reflect inclusivity, accessibility, and authentic representation.
Who is the right person for this role?
* 3+ years of experience in paid social across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
* Experienced in reporting and data analysis (Google Sheets or Excel).
* Proactive and self‑motivated, with the confidence to take ownership of campaigns and suggest improvements.
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across multiple campaigns and clients.
* Able to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and prioritise effectively.
* Passionate about inclusive marketing and diversity in advertising.
* Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
* Creative and strategic use of ad tools.
* Ability to analyse campaign performance and identify actionable insights.
* Strong communication skills for client‑facing and internal collaboration, both verbal and written.
* Confident in explaining paid media strategy to clients and stakeholders.
