As a Residential Field Auditor you'll audit construction referrers raised by our pre enablement partners, checking validity, proving route and fostering back to partners where constructions is not needed Helping to expedite service delivery times, increase NPS, reduce PIC reduce civils.
Driving quality of workmanship by ensuring our partners adherence to field standard guides and field Standard Operating Practice, confirming the accuracy and entitlement to payment claims.

The must haves
1. Experienced in underground cable installation/ PIA operations
2. Full UK Driving licence
3. Competent in the use of primary telecoms tools and test equipment
4. Understanding of our mapping tools such as GCOMS
5. Must be located within the Region specified for travel into work and call outs
