Business Growth Specialist
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, expanding our market share within the B2B sector, and significantly contributing to our revenue growth targets.
This is a pivotal role that requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and business acumen. You will be instrumental in building a robust and sustainable sales pipeline populated with ideal-fit clients, particularly those who can derive maximum value from our core service offerings and specialized expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious sales targets and expand our customer base within designated B2B sectors.
* Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities through a multi-channel approach including targeted prospecting, professional networking, and industry events.
* Conduct thorough discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients to gain a deep understanding of their business challenges, strategic objectives, operational pain points, and specific needs.
* Conceptualize, develop, and deliver compelling, tailored sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate our unique value proposition and how our solutions address prospect needs and deliver measurable ROI.
* Manage the end-to-end sales cycle with diligence and professionalism, from initial contact and qualification through to solution development, proposal presentation, contract negotiation, and successful close.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3-5 years of proven success in a B2B sales role, with a strong preference for experience within a digital marketing agency, SaaS company, or RevOps consultancy.
* Demonstrable experience and a strong track record in selling HubSpot software solutions and related implementation/optimization services.
* Experience working for a registered HubSpot Solutions Partner is highly advantageous and strongly preferred. Experience in other CRM or technical sales is desirable.
* A strong, practical understanding of Revenue Operations (RevOps) principles, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, sales process optimization, and how technology enables these.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems for sales pipeline management is mandatory.
