Early Finish Every Friday on Day Shift!

Shift Patterns & Pay
Day Shift: £12.98 per hour
* Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
* Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm (Half day!)
Late Shift: £16.23 per hour
* Monday to Thursday: 3:45pm – 2:00am
* Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!
Shift Flexibility:
We welcome applications from candidates who can commit to either shift pattern. However, candidates who are fully flexible and able to work both shifts will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
As a dual-skilled operative, you will split your time between production support and forklift operation, including:
* Safely operating a Counterbalance FLT to move, load, and unload stock
* Working on production lines packing, bottling, and labelling finished goods
* Following health, safety, and product handling procedures
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within warehouse and production areas

Candidate Requirements
* A valid in-date FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB / ITSSAR / AITT)
* Previous experience in a factory, production, or warehouse environment
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
* Comfortable working in a regulated chemical batching and blending environment
