Role Summary:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will create, manage and uphold a productive customer relationship in order to maintain/increase sales and profitability via sales and promotional activity and through the analysis and presentation of market data.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the commercial executive to deliver the day-to-day commercial activity. Including, forecasting, sales data review, customer supply chain engagement and order amendment management.
2. Full accountability for the financial performance, growth and successful delivery of your assigned customer accounts.
3. Promote, advance, develop and manage the customer relationship to ensure accurate and regular communication of trading activity. Uphold the supplier reputation and deliver on Service Level Agreements (SLAs), budget and rebate rates.
4. Fully utilise the market data analysis prepared by the group Marketing Manager to maximise sales and profit opportunities whilst recommending improvements for problem areas to maintain the ongoing support service and trading relationship.
