In this pivotal role, you'll guide and support a skilled team of Cell Operatives, overseeing the manufacture of precision components using a range of advanced machine tools. You'll be instrumental in driving performance, maintaining high standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. What You'll Be Doing Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of experienced operatives. Allocating workloads and monitoring departmental KPIs. Reviewing productivity and implementing performance improvements. Conducting appraisals and supporting recruitment activities. Communicating progress updates and departmental goals. What We're Looking For Proven experience in managing or leading teams within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of performance metrics and KPI development. Budget management experience. A proactive approach to team development and continuous improvement. Familiarity with lean manufacturing or similar methodologies is a plus. Why Join Us?
