Mechanical or related qualification & experience CAD skills (preferred, not essential) Strong Microsoft Office knowledge Hydraulic knowledge (a plus) Leadership or supervisory experience (desirable) Exceptional attention to detail & problem-solving skills Full UK driving licence What will your role look like? Manage engineering projects from conception to completion Design solutions (CAD experience preferred but not essential) Prepare quotes, risk assessments & method statements Oversee engineers, subcontractors, and the supply chain Maintain and grow client relationships Attend client sites and meetings across the South East Ensure projects stay on time and within budget What can you expect in return?
